Chef and Owner Stephanie Dadd

Stephanie studied Culinary Management at George Brown College. After graduating, she completed a course in french pastry at L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, France. Stephanie has worked in various bakeries in the GTA, with a majority of her work focused in hotels. She is an experienced horticulture technician as well. When not in the kitchen, you may find her tending to gardens.

Who is Wally? Wally is a bunny. His culinary preferences are focused on Timothy Hay and fresh dandelion greens, with the occasional indulgence in banana. You won't find him hopping through the kitchen, but his sweet nature inspires us all to tread lightly where we go, be gentle to ourselves and others, and that the occasional nap can be very beneficial..
